Improving

Forgetfulness

  • Discover More

Ever heard of the absent-minded professor? Maybe that’s you. You’re clearly a capable, intelligent person, but you can’t seem to keep up with your keys or your phone. You forget appointments. You lose things and just can’t seem to stay on top of everything no matter how hard you try. You’re tired of saying, and others are tired of hearing “I forgot.” Relax and listen to the waves as your Superconscious clears all the memories and negative emotions related to your past experiences of forgetting and works to clear the blocks to remembering.

Taming

Impulsivity

  • Discover More

Ever wish you had stopped yourself before you said yes, made a purchase, had another drink or cookie? That kind of regret is often the result of impulsivity which is acting on immediate urges or impulses without considering their potential consequences. It’s hitting the pause button and thinking it through before you decide. Impulse control allows you to make good choices and decisions and to often avoid negative outcomes. It is an important skill to develop to be successful in life and it prevents you from chasing rabbits and spending a lot of time cleaning up messes that take up a lot of time and energy and are preventable.

Stop

Interrupting

  • Discover More

Sometimes you just have something to say and you need to say it right now… because if you don’t you’ll forget it, or you’re excited about the topic or maybe you had a moment of impulsivity. Whatever the reason, it often affects your relationships with others because people don’t like to be interrupted. They often interpret it as disrespectful, even if no disrespect was intended on your part. Listen as the Superconscious treats all of your negative experiences related to interrupting and help train your brain to hold your thoughts and interact with others in a more engaging way.

Managing

Transitions

  • Discover More

Transitioning from one activity to another can be challenging, but it is an important skill to learn. It’s a lot like driving a car. You can’t cruise along at 60 mph, then abruptly put your car in reverse. That would be a disaster! Yet, we often expect ourselves to be able to transition from one thing to another and don’t account for the time it takes to switch gears into doing something else. To transition smoothly you need to slow down to a stop, put your car in reverse, or change directions, then start moving again. A transition is a process and cannot happen immediately. As you develop this skill, you’ll learn to build in the time you need to slow down and mentally put it away so you can move into the next thing you need to focus on.

Stop

Overthinking

  • Discover More

Do you ever feel like you can’t get your mind to turn off? That you overthink everything? Replay conversations in your mind? Maybe even catastrophize about all the what ifs? You spend so much time in your head that you can’t ever fully be present in the moment. Relax and listen to the waves as the Superconscious quiets your mind and treats all the memories that contribute to your drive to constantly figure everything out, over plan, and scrutinize every move you make.

Overcoming

Perfectionism

  • Discover More

If you find yourself constantly criticizing yourself and focusing on every imperfection, flaw or perceived weakness in yourself, you might be holding yourself to unrealistic expectations. Maybe you start a project and can’t finish because you can’t ever get it good enough. Or, it takes hours for you to do something that your friends or colleagues would complete in a fraction of the time. When your standard is perfection, anything less is unacceptable. Allow the Superconscious to treat this pattern of setting unrealistic expectations for yourself and to be able to get things done right, without the pressure of perfection. Imagine what it would be like to be able to gauge what good enough really looks like, which might actually be somewhat less than perfect.

Physical

Clutter

  • Discover More

Why is it that no one likes to clean bathrooms, but some people manage to clean theirs regularly while other people don’t? Maybe it’s OCD? Maybe they secretly like it? Doubtful. Even though some people naturally gravitate toward order and cleanliness, it is something that everyone must learn, or their environment becomes unmanageable and affects the quality of their life. Allow the Superconscious to neutralize all the negative experiences related to keeping your living area clean (#naggingmother) and develop your own ability to keep your living and working spaces well maintained.

Overcoming

Restlessness

  • Discover More

Sometimes you can see when people are restless - they can’t sit still and always seem to be moving. But restlessness is not always visible. Sometimes it is internal - feeling wired, having racing thoughts or not being able to go to sleep. Listen to the waves as your Superconscious treats your restlessness, allowing you to experience an inner sense of calm.

Out of Sight

Out of Mind

  • Discover More

Out of sight. Out of mind. It’s not that people you don’t see every day aren’t important to you. It’s that if you don’t see them, you don’t think of them. It’s not personal and it’s not a measure of your love for those people. It’s simply that if it’s not right in front of you, it slips your mind. Listen as the Superconscious treats all the memories related to this struggle and strengthens your brain's ability to keep important people and things in your conscious awareness without an external reminder.

Emotional

Regulation

  • Discover More

You just have big emotions! They’re bigger and they last longer. And they’re hard to manage when they are so intense. Sometimes, you just lose it because you can’t manage the intensity; and when  you try to hold it in and keep it to yourself, it just makes it worse because you eventually explode - and it’s not pretty! And then… you feel even worse. In this section, the Superconscious will treat the painful memories of emotional dysregulation and will work to level out the reactiveness you experience so you can feel more in control of yourself.

Soothing

Irritability

  • Discover More

Do you find yourself feeling annoyed or easily agitated by little things? The slightest little thing can set you off. You wonder how other people can just let things go and be calm because you want to scream (and sometimes do)! Internally, you have so much going on that even when everything looks peaceful, you’re on the verge of a meltdown and the tiniest little thing could send you over the edge. It affects your relationships and it makes it hard to really enjoy life. In this section, your Superconscious will treat this pattern of irritability and your tendency to feel annoyed so you can feel more at peace and able to enjoy life.

Increasing

Motivation

  • Discover More

Motivation is an internal drive to move towards something. This drive can be created externally by negative consequences or positive rewards. Internal motivation, or intrinsic motivation, is generated by a desire within a person that creates an inner drive. Listen as the Superconscious treats the painful memories of times when you lacked motivation and helps create the drive and motivation to pursue your heart’s desires.

Easing

Overwhelm

  • Discover More

It’s too much! I can’t handle it! When life feels overwhelming, it creates a sense of paralysis. Everything feels like too much, so you do nothing. Not because you don't want to, but because your brain is locked down. You’re so flooded with the intensity of “all the things” that you can’t think straight. No. You can’t think at all. In this section, allow your Superconscious to treat the memories that so easily trigger this feeling and neutralize this feeling of overwhelm so you can think clearly and live your life, even when it’s stressful.

Self

Acceptance

  • Discover More

It’s important to quiet the critical voices in your head that show up every time you even think about doing something to improve your life and become more successful. Self-acceptance does not mean that you accept yourself where you are, then sit back and do nothing. This perspective is a trap that keeps you stuck - NOT accepting yourself and NOT moving forward. Self acceptance means you accept where you are today, even if it isn’t somewhere you are happy about, and you make peace with yourself. The resolution of this internal conflict removes a massive block, which clears the way for you to move forward. Spend enough time with this recording until you can make the statement “I love and accept myself as I am right now” without having a reaction to it.

Self

Confidence

  • Discover More

Self-confidence is a belief in your ability to succeed. It means having a positive attitude towards yourself and being able to have realistic expectations of yourself. Self-confidence affects how you think, how you behave and even how you look. In essence, it is a sense of well-being and an inner belief that no matter what happens you’ll figure it out and you’ll be okay. Relax and listen to the waves as your Superconscious treats all the memories from the past that have prevented you from developing self-confidence or have deteriorated it, then instills a sense of confidence in yourself.

Rejection

Sensitivity

  • Discover More

Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria is an intense reaction to real or perceived rejection. Constructive criticism, different perspectives or even good-natured teasing often cause intense emotional pain and elicit an extreme reaction. Listen as the Superconscious treats all of your memories off perceived rejection and helps you be able to more accurately perceive rejection.

Decision

Making

  • Discover More

Which way should I go? Making decisions is a multi-faceted process that involves evaluating possible alternatives and choosing the best course of action to reach a desired outcome. We often find ourselves at a crossroads and must choose one option over another. Second guessing and feeling unsure of yourself are guaranteed to stall the decision making process. In order to become a better decision maker, we have to make peace with decisions we’ve made in the past and allow ourselves the freedom to choose what feels like the best choice today, considering all the options available.

Deepen Focus

& Attention

  • Discover More

Sometimes it’s difficult to stay focused, especially when a task, information or conversation isn’t particularly of interest to you. But it’s often necessary and actually beneficial to us to be able to pay attention, even when we aren’t super interested. This section has been designed not only to remove the subconscious blocks you have to paying attention, but also to exercise the parts of your brain that are working when you hold attention.

It’s a lot like a workout for your brain. Even if you’re not very good at it, you’ll get stronger. It’s just like lifting weights. When you first start out, you might not feel very strong, but over time, your strength increases. You’ve probably heard the phrase “reps to failure.” In the strength training world, that means you push yourself to the point of fatigue, which stimulates muscle growth. Don’t worry about not doing it right, or feeling like a failure if you have a hard time keeping your mind focused. When it comes to paying attention, failure actually builds strength because anytime you lose focus and notice it, you’re actually strengthening the part of your brain that pays attention.

There are 2 different subliminals for Focus & Attention:

Focus & Attention Meditation: This is a guided meditation that requires you to actively engage. You’ll do an exercise that will help you strengthen your ability to focus. While you’re doing the exercise, your Superconscious will be working to clear the blocks to listening.

Focus & Attention Subliminal - direct your attention to the topic and then listen passively as the Superconscious does the work to clear the subconscious blocks to listening.

Goal

Setting

  • Discover More

Maybe you’ve set goals in the past, but not followed through. At some point you might have decided you’re better off not setting goals so you don’t have to deal with the pain of failure. But without a goal, you end up nowhere. It’s important not only to be able to determine what you want, but also to be willing to set goals that you are willing to pay the price to accomplish. It’s not enough to set a goal based on something you want; you must also be willing to do what it takes to become that person. Relax and breathe as the Superconscious does its work of neutralizing the pain of past failed goals so you can look to the future toward goals that you’re willing to fully embrace and work toward. During this session, jot down some of the ideas that come to mind as you explore where you want to go in the future.

Optimize

Planning

  • Discover More

The ability to plan and create a linear process is a skill that seems natural for some and very difficult for others. If the region of your brain that is responsible for planning is non-dominant, this aspect of executive functioning might be a challenge for you. The great news is that even if planning doesn’t come naturally, it is a skill that can be developed. As you experiment with tools that are helpful and find what works best for you, the part of your brain responsible for planning becomes stronger and your ability to plan will improve over time. During this session, the Superconscious will work to clear the negative experiences you’ve had in the past around planning that interfere with your ability to feel confident that you can develop this skill and become an effective planner.

Simplifying

Prioritizing

  • Discover More

So many choices! How do I ever figure out what to do first? Not being able to prioritize often results in paralysis. Because you don’t know where to begin, you don’t begin at all. While this might look like procrastination, it’s different. It is a feeling of being stuck and not doing anything because you can’t figure out what to do first. Listen to the sound as the Superconscious neutralizes your past experiences, clearing the way for you to develop this important skill.

 Task

Completion

  • Discover More

How many things have you started that you never finished? If the question is overwhelming, it’s important to consider why that happens for you. Maybe you start things impulsively. Maybe you didn’t consider if you have the time or energy to devote to the task or project. Maybe someone else wanted you to do it, but you didn’t really want to. Feel free to add more of your reasons to this list. Whatever the reason, over time it becomes demoralizing to have a long list of unfinished projects. Allow the Superconscious to neutralize all the negative emotions related to past experiences that haunt you and create an ongoing narrative that reinforces the pattern of not finishing.

Task

Initiation

  • Discover More

There’s so much to do, but you just can’t get started. You know what you need to do. You have everything you need to be able to do it. And yet, you do nothing. Sometimes getting started is the hardest part. And when it’s done, you often wonder why you didn’t just do it because it wasn’t that bad. But you find yourself procrastinating, waiting until the very last minute to get started. Relax and listen as the Superconscious works to help you improve your ability to initiate tasks and to eliminate procrastination.

Time

Blindness

  • Discover More

Ever wonder how some people seem to just know how long it will take them to get somewhere; or they have an internal clock that keeps them on track throughout the day? Sometimes it’s helpful to think of time as a language. Our relationship to time is like language fluency. Some are proficient in the language of time, while others barely speak the language at all. Listen as the Superconscious works to neutralize your uncomfortable experiences with time while training your brain to recognize the passing of time, allowing you to improve your relationship with it.
