Whether you are grappling with the "empty arms" of pregnancy loss and infertility, processing a traumatic birth, or navigating the relentless exhaustion of raising a child with special needs, this program recognizes that your journey has been marked by more than just milestones—it has been marked by survival. We delve into the deep-seated feelings of bodily betrayal, the invisible weight of postpartum mental health, and the unique grief that comes with letting go of the life you once imagined for yourself and your children.

This program provides a courageous space to confront the most difficult chapters of the maternal experience, from the heartbreak of estrangement or the death of a child to the daily grind of solo parenting and partner conflict. We address the hypervigilance born of trauma, the guilt of what couldn't be prevented, and the identity crisis that often occurs when you lose yourself to the role of caregiver. At Trauma Mama, our goal is not to dwell in the darkness, but to guide you through a process of authentic forgiveness and letting go. Here, we move beyond survival mode toward a genuine Return to JOY, helping you reclaim your identity and find peace in your present reality.
