Hi, I'm Robyn, and it's nice to meet you! I'm so glad you're here!

Do you feel stuck?

Maybe you’ve tried everything you can think of, but you still can't seem to make real progress. It can feel like there’s an invisible wall standing between you and the life you actually want. Whether you’ve felt this way for a few weeks or several years, please know this: it is possible to break free from these cycles and finally move forward.

How do we get stuck??

We’ve all been there. When difficult, painful, or overwhelming things happen, our minds and bodies react. The intense emotions we feel in those moments actually change how our brains store those memories. When a past event isn't fully processed, it gets trapped in your nervous system. Even if months or years have passed, your brain doesn't view the memory as "history." Instead, it holds onto it in the present tense. You might still feel the same underlying anxiety, tension, or fear today that you felt back then—even if it's just a subtle background noise.

To protect you, your brain developed survival strategies to keep you safe and comfortable. At the time, those coping mechanisms were brilliant and necessary. But over time—especially as your life changes—those same strategies stop helping and start holding you back.

You can try to logic your way out of it, but willpower alone usually isn't enough. Until your brain truly internalizes that the original threat is over, it stays on guard.

When you’ve been in self-protection mode for long enough, it starts to feel like just "who you are." You might find some temporary momentum, only to end up right back where you started. It’s exhausting to feel like life is an endless loop of surviving instead of truly living.

How do we get un-stuck??

Real transformation happens when we help your brain and body fully process those old experiences. Once your nervous system gets the message that the past is finally in the past, the emotional weight lifts. You stop just managing the symptoms and start actually moving forward.

Does this resonate with you?

If any of this sounds familiar—or if you’ve recently experienced something painful and want to process it before it takes root—you don't have to figure it out alone. Helping people break through these exact blocks is what I do. Whenever you're ready, I'm here to help guide the way.

Frequently Asked Questions...

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

You can reach me several ways. Call 678-665-8455 and leave a voicemail. I will return your call as soon as possible. You can also send me a message via email and I will respond to you as soon as possible. If you do not hear back from me within 1 business day, please call again or send another message. Technology is fallible and it is possible that I did not receive the message.

  • What are your office hours?

I am available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 - 5:00, and occasionally on Friday mornings. I do not offer evening or weekend appointments.

  • What are your fees?

I charge $225 for my initial assessment which lasts a full hour. Subsequent 50-55 minute sessions are $175. Longer sessions may be available. If you are interested in scheduling longer sessions, we can discuss my fees and availability.

  • Do you take insurance?

I am not in network with any insurance providers. I can, however, provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

  • Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. While I love starting our work together in person whenever possible, I completely understand that doesn't work for everyone. I'm more than happy to meet with you virtually.

  • How long does therapy usually take?

My goal is to help you heal as efficiently and comfortably as possible. Because everyone's journey is different, the exact timeline depends on factors like the complexity of what you're working through and your personal goals for growth.

Ultimately, I want to help you achieve meaningful, lasting results so you can get back to living your life to the fullest—without staying in therapy any longer than you need to.
